Don't Miss

Slayer
World Painted Blood

SLAAAAAAYERRRRRRR! We love Slayer at 7digital, oh yes we do. Every scream, every light-speed solo, every double-kicked drum pound - lapped up with gusto. So whenever these titans of thrash release a new opus, we immediately fall to our knees in worship. You should too - the devil commands thee!

Foo Fighters
Greatest Hits

It's becoming more and more clear that when the nuke hits, there'll only be cockroaches and the Foo Fighters left. Luckily for mankind, Grohl and co. have been cranking out some of the best hard rock for years now. This collection is the proof, so get involved and relive those stadium rock fantasies!

Motley Crue

Motley Crue

Motley Crue ARE hard rock - this is fact. The band that didn't so much as take 'Sex, Drugs and Rock 'n' Roll' as an ideal as they did a reason for existence, the 'Crue were the epitomy of 80's sleaze. They wrote some of the best rock songs of their era, too - find one person who doesn't secretly love 'Girls, Girls, Girls' and we'll show you a liar. Nikki Sixx and the 'Crue rocked harder, longer and better than almost any other band ever, leaving a trail of destruction in their wake - Motley Crue, we salute you.

Classic Pick

Beastie Boys
Sabotage

We still can't work out how this actually worked. Look at it objectively for a second - a trio of snotty, vegan punks, who turned their hand to rapping and actually gained respect, whilst showing the cajones neccessary to draft in metal luminary Kerry King of Slayer to guest (GUEST!) on one of their songs. If anyone tried that now they'd be, quite rightly, laughed out of town.

They weren't though. They went supernova. One reason for this is because they decided to dress up as 70s cops for the video to 'Sabotage', which to this day remains one of the most recognisable and popular hard rock songs ever. Best not to think about it too much, just turn up the volume and get ready to ROCK!
