Concert Live: redeem your vouchers here

If you have a voucher code, issued as part of a Concert Live purchase, you can access your download here by following these instructions.

1. Add your voucher code into the box on the right.

2. Please check and then click SUBMIT VOUCHER.
You will be taken to a page that will confirm that the voucher has been successfully applied.

3. If the price appears as zero, please click the "Checkout" button to complete the process.

If your code is not recognised as valid, please return to Download Collection and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please click here and submit your query.

If you choose the latter your download will only appear in your library of purchased downloads on the date below and once you have used your voucher code you will need to click here and sign in using your account details, i.e. your voucher code will not be accepted a second time.
