- We’ve been hard at work, developing a new and improved download store and, consequently, we’ve now turned off the old 7digital website.
- Help, I can’t find my favourite editorial feature!
- All our current editorial features can be accessed via the “Find Music” and “Features” buttons, located in the top navigation of the website. We’ll be introducing many more exciting new features and functionalities to the site in the coming months but if there’s a particular page or article you’d like to see again, please let us know. - Can I download music on the new 7digital?
- Yes, you can. The new 7digital is a fully-functional download store with over 17 million tracks available. Get started by signing into your account or sign up here if you are new to 7digital.
- I'm an existing 7digital customer: do I need to create a new account in order to shop in your new store?
- No, you don't. Simply sign in to 7digital using your existing details.
- How do I access music I purchased on the old 7digital website?
- You’ll find all the music you’ve ever purchased from 7digital in your Locker, and you can now stream your purchases via the 7digital Player.
- Where is my Locker?
- Your Locker is now called "Your Music" and – just as on the old 7digital – can be found in the top right menu of the site.
- I'm new to 7digital: how do I get started?
- If you're new to 7digital, you should create an account.
- I've found a bug: how can I help?

So, What's New?
- The 7digital Player, which gives you full streaming access to all the music in your 7digital locker, wherever you are and whenever you want. You'll be able to listen to your music as soon as you've purchased it. No waiting for downloads to finish before you can hear the newest additions to your collection.
- Improved search functionality. It's faster and more accurate, and we think it'll make it a lot easier to find the tracks you're after as well as all the hidden gems in the 7digital catalogue.
- A focus on recommendations. Our artist and album pages feature suggestions artists and music you'll be interested in checking out.
