Concert Live: redeem your vouchers here

If you have a Voucher ID, issued as part of a Concert Live purchase, you can access your download here by following these instructions.

1. Add your unique 13 character Voucher ID into the box on the right.

2. Please check and then click SUBMIT VOUCHER.
You will be taken to a page that will confirm that the voucher has been successfully applied.

3. If the price appears as zero, please click the "Checkout" button to complete the process.

If your code is not recognised as valid, please return to Download Collection and try again. If you continue to experience problems, please click here and submit your query.
