An Everyday Story of Afghan Folk Returns to BBC Radio 4
CREATIVE
Above the Title production, An Everyday Story of Afghan Folk, returned to BBC Radio 4 this week.
Now in its third series, this drama is a slice of village life from the wild, mountainous Pak-Afghan borders where the only law is tribal law and there is no road, no electricity and no phone – but hi-tech drones fly overhead.
The programme is based on characters and storylines from PACT Radio’s daily soap, made by and for the Pashtoon people of this area.
An Everyday Story of Afghan Folk is broadcast on BBC Radio 4 every weekday from Monday 23rd June – Friday 27th June at 10:45 and 19:45. You can listen to previous episodes on the BBC Radio 4 website.
