On making any request we shall endeavour to respond without delay but, in any case within our statutory timeframe of one month from receipt of your request.

You have the right to choose whether we process your personal data for marketing purposes by third parties. We will usually inform you (before collecting your data) if we intend to use your data ourselves or transfer it to a third party for marketing purposes. You can exercise your right to prevent such processing at the outset, and if you change your mind later unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link on the relevant email, or contact us.

Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information:

You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information that concerns you that we have retained or not made anonymous.

Withdrawing Consent and Restriction of Processing:

Where you have provided your content to any of the processing of your personal information by 7digital you may withdraw your consent at any time by either contacting us at help@7digital.com, specifying which consent you are withdrawing, or by opting out where indicated on any email bulletins or newsletters you receive. Please note that the withdrawal of your consent does not mean that the processing activities carried out before your withdrawal will be unlawful.

Complaints: You have the right to lodge complaints about the data processing activities carried out by 7digital before the supervisory authority relevant to your jurisdiction.
